As with all new construction projects, Caribe Cove is currently undergoing a series of inspections, including inspections by insurance company and tour operator representatives, and County officials. We expect these remaining inspections to continue smoothly. Currently, Integra remain on target to begin unit rentals on or before the end of September '07. Integra began marketing Caribe Cove nearly two years ago by promoting at major travel industry events, such as World Travel Market in London in 2005 & 2006. About a year ago, Integra began promotions to the travel industry, including all major tour operators, airlines, and travel agents. They have been extremely successful in beating the local area market rates by a healthy margin due to our large and well established sales and marketing force.
