Buyers are increasingly concerned with all costs associated with buying a property in Florida including HOA (Home Owners Association) Fees, Maintenance & Legal Costs. With this in mind we use established rental management companies to place long term tenants which generate a stable rental income.

Long term tenants are usually US Citizens living and working in Florida. We can also place properties into a rental pool for holiday makers, this generates a higher rate of income but also incurs downtime between peak seasons.
